This Saturday we welcome Nottingham Rugby to Dillingham Park for our first fixture in the Greene King IPA Championship. This is Nottingham’s first-ever visit to Ampthill so I hope that our members and supporters will give them a warm welcome!
Tickets are still available on our website at a discount of £2.50 per ticket until midnight on Friday 11th October. Advance booking will speed up your entry to the Grange Jaguar-Land Rover Bowl as you will be able to proceed directly to the Main Gate and not visit the Box Office.
The Box Office will be open from Midday until 3pm on Match Day where you can purchase a ticket using cash or debit card. After purchasing a ticket, please go to the Main Gate or enjoy a drink in the Haque Bar. Main Gate opens at 1230.
If you arrive late (after 3pm) please go directly to the Main Gate where you can pay for entry with cash. This policy only applies after Kick Off. For avoidance of doubt you cannot pay cash at the Main Gate before 3pm.
Could we please remind all visitors to Dillingham Park that ARUFC operate a ‘Random Search Policy’. We kindly ask that you co-operate with our Stewards on request and remind you to not bring your own alcoholic drinks or food to the game.
Please keep to the path when walking through Coopers Hill and avoid damaging our “Area of Significant Scientific Interest”. We are fortunate to have our pitches in this stunning environment and our colleagues at Natural England work hard to preserve this.
All parking for this game will be at Queensman Football Club. Parking is £5 per car and our volunteer team will direct you to the appropriate Home or Away areas. Please assist the club by not parking on the grass verges on Woburn Street.
You needn’t worry about eating before coming to the game. Even if you aren’t enjoying a pre-match lunch in the clubhouse (bookings are available for future matches) our catering team will be selling a variety of hot and cold sandwiches, the barbeque will be on for hot dogs and burgers and we will, of course, have our ARUFC Steak and Ale Pies.
All that is left to say is “Enjoy the Game’. If you have any other concerns please drop me a message on firstname.lastname@example.org
