Thank you again to all of our members who attended the AGM last Wednesday night.
Prior to the meeting, President Pat Sherry and Chairman Alex Radley had given notice that they would not be standing for re-election. The club would like to thank them both for their service during a challenging period for the club that included the excitement of the 1st XV promotion to the RFU Championship and the challenges of guiding a community club through a global pandemic. Thank you both!
During the meeting the Club welcomed three new members to the Management Committee, Mike James as Treasurer, Tony Milward as Vice-Chair and Head of Mini & Youth Rugby and Anita Jarrett as Honorary Secretary!
Ian Titman was voted in as President with James Wiggett becoming Chairman.

As a members run club we are grateful to all of those volunteer their time to help with coaching, first-aid, grounds maintenance and 1st Team matches.
Our Bar & Hospitality Manager Neil is looking to form a new group of volunteers to help him with club social events – planning, set up and delivery. We have some exciting events planned and any help would be greatly appreciated. If you think you can contribute to this group please contact Neil by email clubhouse@ampthillrufc.com or speak with him at the bar (if he’s not busy).
