Supporters at our 1st XV game against Jersey will have seen that we are working with Stack-Cup this season.
At a time when we should all be aware of our carbon footprint, using Stack-Cup will significantly reduce our use of “single use plastics” and therefore the amount of waste that the club produces.
All beers and wine/prosecco served on The Olney Field will be in Stack-Cups! There will be a £1 cup levy with your FIRST DRINK only, however you can then exchange the cup for new one at the bar when you order a refill. We will have GREEN BINS by the exits to deposit cups when you leave the ground!
Using Stack-Cup should speed up our bar service and allow you to buy more beers, reducing your visits to the bar – it is easy one person to carry four or even six pints at time using Stack-Cup!
We will also have Stack-Cups available in the Clubhouse Bar prematch so if you arrive early drinks can be taken up to The Olney Field when you are ready!
From our next home game against London Scottish on 1st October we will have “Ampthill RUFC” branded cups!
