Under 10 Girls

The Ampthill RUFC Under 10 Girls team is designed to introduce young players to the basics of rugby in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment. Emphasizing enjoyment, teamwork, and fundamental skills, the squad participates in non-contact rugby sessions and friendly festivals. Coaches focus on building confidence and a love for the sport while ensuring every player feels valued. Fixture and event updates are regularly shared with families.
